MATERIALES PARA UNA SEGURIDAD ÓPTIMA La calota exterior del XJ está fabricada en fibra de carbono pura, un material compuesto que proporciona una relación resistencia/peso inigualable. La calota interior está fabricada en poliestireno de densidad variable proporcionando una mejor disipación de la energía producida en el impacto. ESTABILIDAD La espuma de confort interna (liner), del tipo “memoria de forma”, que garantiza un grosor constante a lo largo de los años de uso y la yugular semirrígida cancelan todos los riesgos de volcar el casco en caso de un movimiento violento. Esta espuma interna de confort es removible gracias a un sistema de clip mucho más fuerte que el sistema scratch/Velcro. Por lo tanto, se puede lavar (máx. 30°C) a voluntad para poder llevar siempre un casco limpio y perfumado. AJUSTE DE TAMAÑO PERFECTO PARA UNA COMODIDAD INIGUALABLE Un minucioso estudio antropomórfico condujo al diseño de una forma de calota interior que generaba un ajuste de comodidad inigualable. Hay 2 tallas de calota disponibles (M y L). Cada calota puede alojar de 5 a 6 espumas interiores (liner) de diferentes tamaños para obtener un ajuste perfecto a la cabeza del ciclista. La tabla de tallas está disponible del 53 al 61. Con este sistema, también es posible seguir el crecimiento de un joven ciclista. FLUJO DE AIRE INTERNO INCREÍBLE Equipado con dos entradas de aire frontales, el XJ proporciona una ventilación excepcional. El aire fresco se canaliza tanto desde la entrada delantera bajo el blasón como desde el canal obtenido por el concepto único de no contacto en la frente del ciclista. El aire fresco expulsa el aire caliente a los extractores traseros alrededor de la espuma de confort (forro), ¡haciendo imposible la sudoración! Este concepto genera un fuerte flujo de aire interno evitando la necesidad de entradas de aire visibles y antiestéticas. Hay 2 espumas internas (forro) disponibles: • Forro “Cerrado” (cerrado al nivel de la frente): brinda estabilidad adicional • Forro “Abierto” (abierto al nivel de la frente): asegura un flujo de aire óptimo     MATERIALS FOR OPTIMAL SAFETY The XJ's outer shell is made of pure carbon fiber, a composite material that provides an unmatched strength-to-weight ratio. The inner shell is made of variable density polystyrene providing better dissipation of the energy produced on impact. STABILITY The internal comfort foam (liner), of the “shape memory” type, which guarantees a constant thickness over the years of use, and the semi-rigid chinstrap cancel out all risks of the helmet tipping over in the event of a violent movement. This internal comfort foam is removable thanks to a much stronger clip system than the scratch/Velcro system. Therefore, it can be washed (max. 30°C) at will so that you can always wear a clean and scented helmet. PERFECT SIZE FIT FOR UNMATCHED COMFORT A meticulous anthropomorphic study led to the design of an inner shell shape that generated an unmatched comfort fit. There are 2 shell sizes available (M and L). Each shell can accommodate 5 to 6 interior foams (liners) of different sizes to obtain a perfect fit to the cyclist's head. The size chart is available from 53 to 61. With this system, it is also possible to follow the growth of a young cyclist. INCREDIBLE INTERNAL AIR FLOW Equipped with two front air inlets, the XJ provides exceptional ventilation. Fresh air is channeled both from the front entrance under the crest and from the channel obtained by the unique non-contact concept on the cyclist's forehead. Cool air exhausts hot air to the rear extractors around the comfort foam (liner), making sweating impossible! This concept generates a strong internal airflow avoiding the need for visible and unsightly air inlets. There are 2 internal foams (lining) available: • “Closed” liner (closed at forehead level): provides additional stability • “Open” lining (open at forehead level): ensures optimal airflow
