Extremadamente ligero y cómodo, une perfectamente la estética, el diseño, la elegancia y la tecnología única que garantizan seguridad, confort y alto rendimiento. KEP SMART es perfecto para todas las disciplinas ecuestres y cuenta con una visera flexible y una rejilla frontal con red de protección interna de acero. La calota externa es de ABS ligero y muy resistente. El sistema KEP AIR CONTROL SYSTEM permite una ventilación óptima mediante el control de la temperatura interior y la circulación del aire, que fluye a través de los canales insertados en el poliestireno. La correa con cinco puntos de enganche es de ecopiel, hipoalergénico, extremadamente cómoda y ayuda a evitar irritaciones de la piel. El relleno interior es de Coolmax®, extraíble y lavable a mano o a máquina 30° C o con agua fría. También éste se encuentra disponible en diversos acabados y colores variados, CROMO 2.0 permite al jinete acceder a más posibilidades de personalización de manera autónoma, incluso después de la compra. Tanto la pieza frontal y posterior como la visera pueden ser reemplazadas por el jinete mediante simples pasos, gracias a un innovador sistema mecánico de encaje. La calota externa, fabricada con policarbonato con sistema de moldura, combina la ligereza y la resistencia. La rejilla de aereación, a partir de un diseño agresivo y elegante, está disponible tanto con acabados a contraste como tono sobre tono. MATERIALS FOR OPTIMUM SAFETY The outer shell of the XJ is made of pure carbon fiber, a composite material that provides an unmatched strength/weight ratio. The inner shell is made of variable density polystyrene providing better dissipation of the energy produced on impact. STABILITY The internal comfort foam (liner), of the “shape memory” type, which guarantees a constant thickness over the years of use, and the semi-rigid jugular cancel all the risks of overturning the helmet in the event of a violent movement. This internal comfort foam is removable thanks to a clip system much stronger than the scratch/Velcro system. It can therefore be washed (max. 30°C) at will so you can always wear a clean and scented helmet. PERFECT SIZE FIT FOR UNMATCHED COMFORT A thorough anthropomorphic study led to the design of an inner shell shape that generated an unmatched comfort fit. There are 2 shell sizes available (M and L). Each shell can accommodate 5 to 6 inner foams (liner) of different sizes to obtain a perfect fit to the cyclist's head. The size chart is available from 53 to 61. With this system, it is also possible to follow the growth of a young cyclist. INCREDIBLE INTERNAL AIRFLOW Equipped with two front air intakes, the XJ provides exceptional ventilation. Fresh air is channeled both from the front entrance under the crest and from the channel obtained by the unique non-contact concept on the rider's forehead. Cool air expels hot air to the rear extractors around the comfort foam (lining), making sweating impossible! This concept generates a strong internal air flow avoiding the need for visible and unsightly air inlets.
