Rider control is improved due to the fit of the center ball of the snaffle in the horse's mouth since the two sides of the snaffle are the same length. The smooth joint of the center ball allows the two sides of the snaffle to rotate independently of each other through a smooth movement. Maximum load tension 490 kg.  

This high quality double jointed D ring snaffle is made of solid Cuprigan with stainless steel rings. Cuprigan is an alloy composed of 89% copper, 7% aluminum, 3% iron and 1% zinc. The oxidation process of the material gives a pleasant smell and taste. The anatomical design of the bit follows the shape of the horse's mouth, allowing for smooth, even pressure distribution. The design, combined with the unique properties of Cuprigan, encourages the chewing process and saliva production, which allows for a pleasant connection with the sensitive horse’s mouth. The drill bit applies gentle pressure to the mouth. Nozzle thickness 16mm, ring size 65 x 50mm. The D-rings have fixed cheek pieces, so the aids will have a more direct effect. This type of bit is often easily accepted as it offers stability. The shape of the bit prevents pulling through the mouth and provides a lateral guiding effect, making them an excellent choice for young horses. The double joint consists of three parts. The center section of the mouthpiece lies flat on the reed, causing more pressure on the reed than a single hinged tip. The thicker the middle section, the more pressure it will create on the tongue.
