La calota exterior del Shadowmatt está fabricada en policarbonato, que es un material utilizado, entre otras cosas, para cascos de moto de alta gama. Está recubierto con pintura mate antiarañazos. La calota interior está fabricada en poliestireno de densidad variable proporcionando una mejor disipación de la energía producida en el impacto. La espuma de confort interna, tipo “memoria de forma”, que garantiza un grosor constante a lo largo de los años de uso y la yugular semirrígida cancelan todos los riesgos de volcar el casco en caso de un movimiento violento. Esta espuma interna de confort es removible gracias a un sistema de clip mucho más fuerte que el sistema scratch/Velcro. Por lo tanto, se puede lavar a voluntad para poder usar constantemente un casco limpio y perfumado. Equipado con una entrada de aire frontal, el casco Shadowmatt proporciona una ventilación excepcional. El aire fresco se canaliza desde la entrada frontal a los extractores traseros alrededor de la espuma de confort que evita la sudoración. Este concepto genera un fuerte flujo de aire interno que evita la necesidad de entradas de aire visibles y antiestéticas: la elegancia ecuestre se mantiene sin desterrar la tecnicidad y la comodidad. La talla corresponde a la circunferencia de su cabeza a la altura de la frente, en cm. Hay 3 tamaños de carcasa disponibles: Pequeño (S), Mediano (M) y Grande (L). Cada calota puede alojar diferentes espumas interiores de diferentes tamaños para obtener un ajuste perfecto a la cabeza del jinete. La concha pequeña va de 52cm a 56cm. La concha mediana va de 55cm a 58cm. La concha grande va de 57cm a 61cm. Si tu talla es 55cm o 56cm puedes elegir entre calota Pequeña (S) o Mediana (M). Si tu talla es 57cm o 58cm puedes elegir entre calota Mediana (M) o Grande (L). Each shell can accommodate different inner foams of different sizes in order to obtain a perfect adjustment to the rider’s head. Small shell goes from 52cm to 56cm.
