Store the packs in the fridge or freezer so they are ready for use. It is recommended to remove the packs from the freezer for 5 minutes and place them in a plastic bag to avoid direct contact with your horse’s legs. If the packs are too hard or frozen, molding them may damage the pack.
You can also use warm packs by soaking them in a bucket of lukewarm water.
