It is covered with a special textile material that is waterproof, scratch-resistant and washable. In addition, the soft ecological leather mask is hypoallergenic, washable and helps prevent skin irritations. The comfortable and breathable inner padding is made from 100% Merino Wool: a natural antibacterial fiber that provides unique levels of breathability and thermoregulation. The inner shell is made of expanded polystyrene and has three levels of densities to guarantee total protection against shocks, comfort and lightness. With two honeycomb-shaped ventilation vents integrated into the polystyrene, an intelligent ventilation system in the helmet provides large volumes of cooling airflow, adding additional comfort to the rider. KASK is very aware that the helmet has to fit correctly to the rider’s head to ensure the best level of safety. This is why KASK helmets feature KASK’s patented carbon-look self-adaptive fit system.
